Heart to Home provides: social worker assistance, home study provider, outside counseling, legal assistance with an adoption attorney and comprehensive birth mother assistance (no cost).

- Expect a call from a caring member of our staff. Don’t worry about travel –WE WILL COME TO YOU!!!
- Complete and return all forms we provide, as well as proof of pregnancy from your doctor or local clinic.
- Discuss your adoption plan.
- Begin making a delivery and placement plan with your counselor, which includes choosing an adoptive family.
- Your birth mother coordinator will be with you through the labor and delivery of your baby and throughout the adoption process.
- Ongoing counseling for you through individual counseling and support groups.
